We offer wide-ranging support via a number of facilities including an our Help Desk service.Our philosophy is to do more than simply support you; we want to empower you to help yourself and show you the best ways of handling problems and requests as they arise. We are more than just a help desk and we are willing to take on any challenge you bring to us that our infrastructure will allow us to investigate.

How to get support

DICT uses Hepl Desk Support  to manage all ICT service requests at MU. Staff members can use Hepl Desk Support to report your problem , place orders and manage their ICT requests. Service Now  is accessible from computers, tablets, smart phones and other mobile devices.

  1. Navigate to
  2. Log on using your  username and password.
  3. Click on Create inqury to report your problem.
  4. Fill the INQUIRY FORM and click on SUBMIT button.
  5. Fill out each section of the page then click Submit.


  1. Repeat step 1& 2 above.
  2. Click on MY INQUIRIES
  3. Click on New or on Progress to get status of your inquiry
  4. Select an inquiry you want to follow up
  5. You will get status of your inquiry or You can start conversation with attendant.
