DICT uses Hepl Desk Support to manage all ICT service requests at MU. Staff members can use Hepl Desk Support to report your problem , place orders and manage their ICT requests. Service Now is accessible from computers, tablets, smart phones and other mobile devices.
- Navigate to https://helpdesk.mzumbe.ac.tz
- Log on using your username and password.
- Click on Create inqury to report your problem.
- Fill the INQUIRY FORM and click on SUBMIT button.
- Fill out each section of the page then click Submit.
HOW TO FOLLOW UP YOUR SUBMITED INQUIRY?
- Repeat step 1& 2 above.
- Click on MY INQUIRIES
- Click on New or on Progress to get status of your inquiry
- Select an inquiry you want to follow up
- You will get status of your inquiry or You can start conversation with attendant.
